Products purchased at the Evolution online store can be returned for refund within 30 days from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging. If the item has been used or if any of the original packaging is missing, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 10% from your refund or reject the return. To initiate a return, simply contact us at email@example.com or phone us at 360-392-8600, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm PST. Please have your order number and product serial number ready.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our technicians. Upon a satisfactory inspection, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Your refund may take up to 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Unless the item is being returned due to our error, original shipping charges will not be refunded. If a prepaid return label issued by Evolution is used, the return shipping charge will be deducted from the final refund.
You will be responsible for any return shipping charges unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part. We offer the flexibility of providing prepaid return labels. If the prepaid return label is used, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please contact an Evolution customer service representative to request for a prepaid return label.
All returns require a proper return authorization by an Evolution customer service representative.
