Does Evolution offer any warranty on walkers?
We proudly provide a flexible and generous warranty on all Evolution walkers: 1 year for components, 5 years on brakes, and a lifetime warranty on your walker frame.
Please note: Warranty is void if misuse is established, such as using the walker to push open doors, using it as a wheelchair, hitting it against curbs, etc.
How do I register for a warranty?
There are two options. Mail in a warranty card, or easily register online for your warranty here on our website.
How do I know if a warranty has been registered?
Your warranty will be registered as soon as the warranty card has been mailed in, or as soon as you have submitted the form on our website.
Please note: The warranty is only registered to the original owner and will be void if the walker has been transferred to or sold to another user.
